When you contact us

An email enquiry contains the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organisation and enquiry. We use it to respond and discuss your requirements. Please do not include confidential financial records in your first enquiry.

Owner sign-in

The private owner area uses Google sign-in. When activated, it receives your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile name to check whether access is authorised. The website does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Google Drive.

Cookies and service providers

Essential, temporary cookies protect sign-in and keep the owner signed in. The sign-in cookie lasts up to ten minutes; the session cookie lasts up to eight hours or until sign-out. No advertising cookies or analytics trackers are installed by this website. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate the service.

Retention and requests

Sign-in sessions are kept in server memory and cleared on expiry, sign-out, a new owner sign-in or server restart. To ask about information you send to the firm, including access, correction or deletion, email the address above. Enquiry correspondence may need to be retained for the engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations.
